A Notre Dame graduate, Bob began his career in June of 1983. Prior to joining Harbour Trust, he was employed by a bank subsidiary responsible for trust and investment management services. There he worked his way from Trust Investment Officer to Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer.
Throughout his career, Mr. Rose has remained a dedicated student of his profession. He has completed courses through The American Institute of Banking, Northwestern University - National Trust School, The American Management Association - The Management Course, and Cannon Financial Institute - Personal Trust Advanced Administration.
Bob is a native of Northwest Indiana where he has invested in future generations as an instructor for Purdue University-North Central and The American Institute of Banking. He has volunteered his leadership skills to several local organizations in the Chicagoland area.
Stephanie K. Oberlie

Upon graduating from Ball State University in 1994, Stephanie began her career as a Personal Trust officer managing estates, trusts, investment accounts, retirement portfolios, and non-profit accounts. Stephanie is quite accomplished, completing Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust School and earning the Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust School and earning the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation from The Institute of Certified Bankers. She has expanded her scope of learning and education to include strategic planning and risk management. Today, she is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Harbour Trust & Investment Management Company, overseeing the divisions of the company and working to execute strategic initiatives throughout the company.
Stephanie was born and raised in Michigan City and currently serves on several not-for-profit boards. As a young child, her family instilled in her the importance of giving back to your community by volunteering your time to affect change. As a result, this has become the cornerstone of her values. She currently serves as a board member of the Duneland Health Council, Healthcare Foundation LaPorte (HFL), Unity Foundation of LaPorte County. She is a member of the La Porte County Unity Foundation Gold Key Society and a past recipient of the Athena Award.

After graduating from Ball State University in 1993, Mike began his career in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Harbour Trust in 2001, Mike spent eight years serving as a Personal Trust Administrator with JP Morgan Chase. There, he was responsible for both personal trust and employee benefit accounts.
Mike has successfully completed the Personal Trust School program through Cannon Financial Institute at the University of Notre Dame. He earned the designation of Certified Trust Financial Advisor in 1997 and has enthusiastically worked to maintain this designation. As well as, expand his knowledge of financial planning and investment management. In an effort to further broaden his knowledge of the trust and investment field, Mike successfully passed the CISP exam in 2012 and became a Certified IRA Services Professional through the Institute of Certified Bankers. He is the Director of Wealth Advisory Services at Harbour and serves as head of Marketing and the IRA Division.
Born and raised in Michigan City, Mike has two daughters and has served 3 terms as president of the Michigan City Rotary Club and as Rotary District 6540 Assistant District Governor. Mike served 7 years as board President for the Lubeznik Center for the Arts.

Nathan Cobbs

Nathan began his career in 2003 after graduating from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management with a BS in Economics. Prior to joining Harbour Trust in 2012, Nate was an Investment Advisor, Investment Portfolio Manager and Trust Officer. His entire career has been dedicated to advising and helping clients. Nate prides himself on maintaining a current awareness of changes within the wealth management industry. A lifelong Chesterton resident, Nate feels strongly about giving back to his community and has served on numerous non-profits over the last 20 years. Nate currently sits on the Board of Directors for Jacob’s Ladder Pediatric Rehab and is also a member of the Chesterton-Porter Rotary Club, where he has dedicated time over the last 15 years as past President and Assistant District Governor. Additionally, Nate is a past member of the Purdue Alumni Association Board of Directors, where he served on the finance committee for eight years. Nate was honored in The Times of Northwest Indiana’s 2019 “20 Under 40” class. This prestigious award is presented to young professionals who impact their community and have become key business leaders contributing to the development and growth of Northwest Indiana.
Nate and his wife, Karen, have a daughter and son. They are co-authors of “Rosie Posie has Super Senses” and founded Rosie Posie Books to assist children and families with special needs. Their cheerful picture book is based on his daughter’s sensory extremes with Autism during the early years and provides coping techniques to improve quality of life. Lori joined Harbour Trust in March 2010 and brought with her over 20 years of trust experience. Lori is an honors graduate of International Business College. In addition, she as completed the ABA Securities Services Skills, the Robert H. Franke & Associates Relationship Workshop, Cannon Trust School l, ll and lll and has many academic achievements relating to specific trust educational training and customer service.
Lori is an active community volunteer within La Porte County, serves as a Salvation Army Advisary Board member. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Larry Piotrowski, AWMA®, CISP®

Larry is an honors graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.
Larry achieved the designation of Accredited Wealth Management Advisor in 2021 and has also earned various investment and insurance-related certifications and licenses throughout his career. Larry entered the financial services industry in 2009 and has advised clients with their financial, investment, retirement, and legacy needs with JP Morgan Chase, PNC Bank/Investments, and Edward Jones Investments. "Entering the financial industry after 2008 provided me with an appreciation for an individualized portfolio approach. I believe in balancing my client's goals and comfort with risk with long-term, disciplined, asset allocation plans unique to each client. The needs and best interest of the clients I serve are paramount in developing meaningful, long-term relationships with them". Bryant Dabney

Bryant joined the Harbour Trust team in April 2024, bringing over ten years of banking and financial management experience. Bryant was born and raised in Michigan City. After graduating from Elston High School, he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. Bryant later earned a Master’s Degree, graduating with distinction, from the Keller Graduate School of Management in Finance.
Bryant comes to Harbour Trust with knowledge of the financial services industry. After passing several Securities Industry exams, Bryant has learned about equity and debt instruments, investment risk, investment compliance, and retirement plans.
Bryant is an active community member in Michigan City. He is a current City Councilman and a board member of the Economic Development Corporation of Michigan City. He enjoys creating great relationships with and assisting members of his community in succeeding.
